Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with RET Pickups. By completing a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
By accessing retpickups.com, initiating a booking via WhatsApp or email, or using any of our transportation services, you confirm that:
RET Pickups provides private ground transportation services from Cancún International Airport (CUN) to hotels, resorts, and destinations throughout the Riviera Maya, and return transfers from those destinations to the airport.
During Phase 1 of our operations, bookings are processed manually by our team via WhatsApp. The booking process is as follows:
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmed by our team. Verbal or written expressions of intent do not constitute a confirmed booking.
All prices are fixed in US Dollars (USD) and depend exclusively on the destination zone and number of passengers. Prices are calculated using our online calculator and are guaranteed at the time of booking confirmation.
No additional charges will be applied for:
Time of day, day of week, number of bags (standard luggage), flight monitoring, or waiting time due to flight delays beyond the passenger's control.
All online payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. RET Pickups does not store, process, or have access to your payment card information. Stripe's processing is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
A Stripe payment receipt is issued automatically after payment. This receipt is a valid proof of payment for expense reimbursement purposes in the United States and Canada. If you require a formal Mexican fiscal invoice (factura with RFC), please request this from our team at the time of booking.
The following discounts are available and may be combined:

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after a booking is confirmed. Prices may change during high-demand periods (December–April, Easter week, Spring Break, summer). Your booked price is locked at confirmation and will not change.
We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties. For the complete, detailed cancellation policy, please see our Cancellation Policy.
When you book, we block a driver for your specific time slot, begin monitoring your flight, and decline other booking requests for that slot. The $20 booking fee covers these operational costs and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
The price you see in our calculator is the price you pay. No hidden charges. If your driver attempts to charge any amount beyond the agreed price, report it to us immediately and receive a 50% refund of your transfer fare.
We monitor your flight automatically and ensure your driver is present when you exit customs. If, after you confirm you have exited the airport, your driver is not there within 10 minutes, you receive a $20 USD credit toward your next transfer.
All vehicles are clean, modern, and have functioning air conditioning. If your vehicle does not meet these standards, send us a photo within 24 hours and receive a 30% credit toward your next transfer.
If something goes wrong, we fix it. Contact us within 24 hours of your transfer with any legitimate complaint and we will work toward a fair resolution.
Credits issued as part of our guarantees are valid for 12 months from issuance and are non-transferable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be combined with discount offers.

RET Pickups reserves the right to refuse service without refund if a passenger's behavior poses a safety risk or violates applicable law.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
All our vehicles carry mandatory insurance coverage as required by Mexican law. In the event of an accident caused by our driver, our insurance coverage applies.
All content on retpickups.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of R.E.T Pickups and Services SA de CV or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
The retpickups.com website was developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, including Anthropic's Claude AI assistant. AI was used for design, copywriting, and development assistance only.
In future phases of our service, we may implement AI-powered customer communication tools (chatbot, automated responses). When implemented, such systems will be clearly disclosed to users, will not make binding decisions without human review, and will comply with applicable consumer protection laws in Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
No customer personal data is or was shared with AI providers during website development.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, specifically those applicable in the state of Quintana Roo.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cancún, Quintana Roo, México, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled by reason of present or future domicile.
For users in the United States and Canada, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
