In no event shall R.E.T PICK UP AND SERVICES assume any expenses incurred with third parties unrelated to the service (such as personal accommodation reservations, transportation, or others).

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This website is subject to Mexican legislation. In the event of any dispute or controversy arising from the use of this website or the contracting of the offered services, both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo (Mexico).

This submission clause shall not apply in cases where the user qualifies as a consumer under applicable regulations. In such cases, the parties shall submit to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.

R.E.T PICK UP AND SERVICES reserves the right to modify these general contracting conditions without prior notice. Any modification will be duly published in this document, so periodic review is recommended.
